Wow what a week! With last-minute Thanksgiving to plan (which I completely forgot since I’ve lived in Germany for 14 years - my half American son asked me what we’d do on Thanksgiving - oops!), no frozen Turkeys in sight (also not a thing here, obvs.) and a health scare that left me in tears for most of the week, I had a very tough week as your teacher delivering content for this class - but I made it, I did it, and I am sorry a few lessons ran a little late as a result but I wanted to be honest and transparent about it all.
I’m on track now, it’s Friday, all of the lessons are there, I’m here, and life is fine again.
Next week is a new week, I’m preparing everything now, so each day next week content will be ready to go on time for you each morning with zero delays.
That aside, the content this week went from beginner’s basic level to Ka-pow within a 5 day stretch. Of course, I had to start at the basic level - how to get rolling on Substack, but now it’s time to sharpen our skills and move into more moderate to advanced-level training.
And remember that if you require MORE advanced than MY advanced, just ASK because I can answer any question you have, I also have Christina Loff at HQ that I can email or call and ask for you, and we have Kate coming in the last week of class to answer questions too so we’ll get everything covered and more.
I always think that my classes are different from many of the others out there who train you to rely on only their lessons for the answers. Or they have assistants answering your questions. Or they hop on and answer during live calls but if you think of anything after the call there is no way to get in front of them again to ask your questions.
That’s what you can love about a class like mine - I am dedicated to meeting every student at YOUR level and working with you as 1:1 as I can in this learning environment. I am committed to your learning under me and I am dedicated to supporting you fully while this class is running as a cohort. I am here, I am listening, I want you to ask me questions and I want to help. I am the professor standing in the front of the class (more like the Art teacher in my flower dresses and my hair up in messy haystack/bun) and you are the students - and I want this class to run like that - you have direct access to me during the weekdays when class is in session - so Monday-Friday I am here.
Lots of love and learning to you, I’ll be back on Monday to start it all again!

Really enjoying the class! Appreciating the amount of detail and info you’ve created for us in such a short time and in the middle of an already busy schedule. 🙌
You are doing a fantastic job! Thank you for all of the effort and heart you have put into this. Enjoy your weekend rest!
